1. Our Service

Floria is a personal journaling application designed to help users record daily thoughts, organize journal entries, and view their emotional records through simple visual elements such as flowers or a garden.

The Service currently includes features such as:

  • creating and saving journal entries;
  • adding text and images to journal entries;
  • using artificial intelligence to organize or refine journal content based on your input;
  • generating titles, summaries, or structured journal text;
  • identifying and displaying general emotional labels for journal entries;
  • displaying journal entries through calendar, timeline, flower, or garden-style views;
  • editing or deleting journal entries and related images.

The Service is intended for personal journaling, self-reflection, and emotional recordkeeping. It is not a medical, psychological, therapeutic, crisis intervention, or professional counseling service.

We may add, modify, suspend, or discontinue features from time to time. If we introduce new material features that require additional terms or privacy disclosures, we may update these Terms or provide additional notices.

2. Eligibility

You must be legally able to enter into these Terms and use the Service under the laws that apply to you.

The Service is not intended for children under the age of 13. If the laws of your country or region require a higher minimum age, that higher age applies. If you are under the age of majority in your country or region, you should use the Service only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

If we learn that an account is used by someone who does not meet the applicable age requirement, we may restrict, suspend, or delete the account and related data.

3. Account Registration and Security

You may need to create an account or sign in through supported methods to use certain features of the Service. We may also allow limited use of the Service without an account or before account registration.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials and device secure. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account, unless the activity was not authorized by you and did not result from your failure to protect your account or device.

If you believe your account has been accessed without authorization, please contact us at support@ruviagroup.com.

4. User Content

“User Content” means content that you submit, upload, create, save, or otherwise provide through the Service, including journal text, messages, images, image descriptions, titles, tags, and other materials.

You retain any rights you have in your User Content. You do not transfer ownership of your User Content to Ruvia by using the Service.

You grant Ruvia a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, store, copy, process, display, transmit, transform, and use your User Content solely as necessary to:

  • provide, maintain, and operate the Service;
  • save and display your journal entries, images, emotional labels, flowers, and garden views;
  • provide AI-assisted journal organization and related features;
  • allow you to edit, view, search, or delete your content;
  • maintain security, prevent abuse, debug errors, and improve service reliability;
  • comply with applicable laws and enforce these Terms.

We do not claim ownership over your private journal entries. We will not publicly display your private journal entries to other users unless you intentionally use a feature that shares or publishes that content.

You are responsible for your User Content. You represent and warrant that you have the rights necessary to submit your User Content and that your User Content does not violate these Terms, applicable law, or the rights of any third party.

5. AI-Assisted Journal Features

The Service may use artificial intelligence technologies to organize, refine, summarize, title, or structure journal entries based on your input. The Service may also identify general emotional labels or categories for journal entries.

You understand and agree that:

  • AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, inappropriate, or inconsistent with your actual experience;
  • emotional labels or summaries generated by the Service are for personal reflection only;
  • the Service does not provide medical diagnosis, psychological diagnosis, therapy, counseling, emergency support, legal advice, financial advice, or other professional advice;
  • you are responsible for reviewing and deciding whether to save, edit, rely on, or delete AI-generated content;
  • if you are experiencing a mental health crisis, thoughts of self-harm, thoughts of harming others, or an emergency, you should contact local emergency services, a qualified professional, or a trusted person immediately.

We may filter, limit, refuse, or modify AI outputs or requests for safety, quality, abuse prevention, or legal reasons.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • violate any applicable law, regulation, court order, or third-party rights;
  • submit content that is unlawful, harmful, hateful, harassing, threatening, abusive, defamatory, obscene, sexually explicit, exploitative, fraudulent, or otherwise objectionable;
  • encourage self-harm, suicide, violence, abuse, or dangerous behavior;
  • impersonate any person or misrepresent your identity or affiliation;
  • upload content that infringes copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights;
  • access, collect, or use another user’s information without authorization;
  • interfere with, disrupt, damage, or bypass the security or integrity of the Service;
  • reverse engineer, scrape, crawl, copy, or extract the Service, models, systems, or data except as permitted by law;
  • use automated systems or bots to access the Service without our permission;
  • sell, rent, transfer, or share your account in a way that violates these Terms;
  • use the Service for spam, phishing, malware, or other abusive conduct.

If we believe you have violated these Terms, we may remove content, restrict features, suspend or terminate your account, refuse service, preserve evidence, or take other appropriate action.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including software, interfaces, designs, artwork, icons, characters, flowers, garden elements, text, graphics, logos, and other materials provided by Ruvia, is owned by Ruvia or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property and other laws.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Ruvia grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your own personal, non-commercial use.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse engineer, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any part of the Service except as expressly allowed by these Terms or applicable law.

If you submit feedback, suggestions, or ideas to us, you agree that we may use them without restriction or compensation to you.

8. Third-Party Services

The Service may rely on third-party services, such as app stores, login providers, cloud hosting providers, analytics tools, crash reporting tools, AI technology providers, and other service providers.

Your use of third-party services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies. Ruvia is not responsible for third-party services that are not controlled by us, except where required by applicable law.

9. Changes to the Service

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the Service at any time. We may also impose limits on certain features or restrict access to all or part of the Service if necessary for security, legal, operational, or product reasons.

We will try to provide notice when changes materially affect your use of the Service, but we may not be able to provide advance notice in all situations.

10. Account Deletion and Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. If account deletion is available in the Service, you may request deletion through the in-app account settings or by contacting us at support@ruviagroup.com.

After account deletion, you may lose access to your account, journal entries, images, AI-generated content, flowers, garden views, and other data associated with your account. Some data may be retained for a limited period where required or permitted by law, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, backup, or technical reasons.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms, create legal or security risk, or use the Service in a way that harms us, other users, or third parties.

11. Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, accurate, or suitable for your particular needs.

AI-generated content, emotional labels, summaries, and other outputs are provided for personal journaling and reflection only. They may be inaccurate or incomplete and should not be relied upon as professional advice.

The Service is not a substitute for medical care, mental health care, therapy, counseling, crisis support, or emergency services. If you need urgent help, please contact local emergency services or a qualified professional.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Ruvia and its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, licensors, and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of data, loss of profits, loss of goodwill, emotional distress, or other damages arising from or related to your use of or inability to use the Service.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability for any claim arising from or related to the Service will not exceed the greater of: (a) the amount you paid to Ruvia for the Service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim; or (b) USD 100.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

13. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ruvia and its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, licensors, and service providers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from or related to your violation of these Terms, misuse of the Service, User Content, or violation of any law or third-party rights.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict of law principles, except where your local mandatory laws provide otherwise.

If a dispute arises out of or relates to these Terms or the Service, the parties will first try to resolve it informally. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, it will be submitted to the courts of Singapore, unless applicable law requires another forum.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice through the Service, by email, or by other reasonable means.

The updated Terms will be effective as of the date stated in the updated version. Your continued use of the Service after the updated Terms become effective means that you accept the updated Terms.
